Eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders may bring certain family members to Singapore on
a Long Term Visit Pass. The eligible groups are:
• Common-law spouse
• Unmarried
handicapped children aged 21 and above
• Unmarried step-children under 21 years old
• Parents — only for those earning a fixed monthly salary of at least $12,000
Both passes allow family members to enter Singapore. The Long Term Visit Pass is issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) in Singapore, while the Dependant’s Pass is issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
